A simple ceremony was held last August 26, 2010 in Jose F. Diaz Memorial National High School in the area on San Mateo, Rizal which is affected by Typhoon Ondoy. The Donor of the Drinking Fountain was Houstoun Millenium Lions Club USA in cooperation with the Q C Cubao Lions Club formally Turn Over the Donation.
